Exchanges and Returns

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?

All APODEMIA pieces are plated in recycled gold, and are organic and natural, so they may have slight variations in the shades of the stones and materials.

APODEMIA accepts product exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they have not been used and are in perfect condition. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for the headpiece collection, the Forever collection, or exclusive pieces that have been modified at the customer's request, such as engravings or embroidery. If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from receipt of your order.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Our return process is very simple. Simply access our exchange portal and request a refund yourself. Please note that, in the case of returns, the costs will be borne by the customer.

If you'd like to exchange a product or size, please submit your request through our exchange portal. Once you've completed the form, send an email to info@apodemia.com with your request.

IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR MAKING RETURNS?

Yes. The return period is 30 days from receipt of the order, and the refund period is 14 days. Refunds are exclusive to purchases made through our website. If you decide to return an item after the first 14 days from the purchase date, we will refund you with a voucher for the purchase value. This voucher is valid for one year, either in our physical stores or through our website.

In either case, these items must not have been used and must retain their original packaging, label, and brand seal in perfect condition.

If you decide to return the product, we will refund you once we receive it at our warehouse and confirm that it's in perfect condition, with the brand seal and label attached, and in the original Apodemia packaging. Otherwise, we will contact you to inform you about the refund process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your order at our warehouse or stores, and we have confirmed that the returned product(s) are in perfect condition, with the seal and label attached, and in the original Apodemia packaging, we will process the refund. This will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase and may take 5 to 10 business days to be credited to your account.


If it takes longer, you can contact info@apodemia.com to request the ARN, a transaction number that you'll need to provide to your bank so they can inform you of its status.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY FOR THE PRODUCTS?

All Apodemia pieces are plated with recycled gold and are organic and natural, so they may have slight variations in the tones of the stones and materials. The APODEMIA SL warranty covers manufacturing defects and flaws for three months, and for two years in the event of plating loss due to a manufacturing defect. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for the headpiece collection, the Forever collection, or exclusive pieces that have been modified at the customer's request, such as engravings or embroidery.

Sizes and Personalization

HOW CAN I KNOW MY RING SIZE?

To determine your ring size, visit any ring's page on our website. Just above the "Add to Cart" button, click "Check your size" to access an explanatory menu that will help you determine your Apodemia size.

WHAT RING SIZE DO YOU MANUFACTURE UP TO?

You can find our rings from size 48 (equivalent to size 8) to size 58 (equivalent to size 18).

CAN I MODIFY A DESIGN OR CREATE MY OWN?

All of our models are designed exclusively by our design team to represent the brand with unique models, going through a long process until the final result, so we do not modify the pieces to preserve the essence of each one.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZATION OR ENGRAVING SERVICES?

Yes, we offer personalized engraving and embroidery services on certain pieces; you can ask our in-store advisors.

Engraving costs €10, although you can also have your personalized Apodemia piece engraved yourself at our shop located at Calle Orense, 4 (Madrid), free of charge and with no appointment required. Just bring your receipt.

Materials and Manufacturing

WHAT ARE YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

All our jewelry is made of a hypoallergenic alloy of precious metals with a 3 to 5 micron 18 kt gold plating.

In the case of silver, we also use this hypoallergenic alloy of precious metals, but with a rhodium coating to give the piece even more shine. In the case of fine jewelry, you can find pieces made with solid 9-18 kt gold and recycled 925 silver, which we also give a rhodium coating to prevent tarnishing.

You can also find designs that feature everything from nanogems to natural, precious, or semiprecious stones. All the gold we use at Apodemia is recycled gold.

HOW CAN I PROPERLY CARE FOR AND MAINTAIN MY JEWELRY?

All Apodemia creations are made with the highest quality. All jewelry is plated with 3 to 5 microns of 18k gold, or in the case of silver, with a rhodium finish.

We create original, elegant, and versatile pieces and work hard to offer the best design, quality, and durability in all our products. But here are some tips to make your Apodemia pieces last even longer:

  • Avoid contact with water (fresh or salt)
  • Store your jewelry separately so it doesn't rub or tangle, and avoid leaving it closed and flat to prevent knots from forming. Use one of our jewelry boxes for this!
  • Clean them regularly. Take advantage of our exclusive free Chrysos cleaning service to make your Apodemia jewelry last even longer!
  • Protect them from chemicals such as perfumes or creams to increase their durability.
WHAT IS CHRYSOS?

This is an exclusive Apodemia jewelry cleaning system that will leave your pieces looking like new. You can use it at any of our stores. It's free, you don't need an appointment, and it only takes 5 minutes. We recommend cleaning your pieces every 3-6 months for a longer lifespan.

HOW MUCH DOES APODEMIA CHRYSOS' EXCLUSIVE CLEANING SERVICE COST?

It's free! At Apodemia, we recommend cleaning your jewelry approximately every 3-6 months. This way, you can wear your jewelry as if you just bought it!

Special Conditions

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS ON ANY OF APODEMIA'S PRODUCTS?

Yes. For both fine jewelry (forever) and headpieces and personalized products, exchanges and returns are not accepted unless there is some type of defect in the item on our part. In this case, you must send an email to info@apodemia.com explaining what happened along with a photo.

Discount codes do not apply to Forever and headdresses.
