Orders are received, if everything goes normally, within 24-48 business hours unless there are circumstances external to Apodemia that may affect their delivery. Keep in mind that orders are prepared within the first 24 business hours from when you process it and that if you place it after 2 p.m., it could be prepared the next day.

Yes, we offer free shipping in the Iberian Peninsula for purchases over €49.

You should have received an email with the information and tracking number for your order, but if you still have doubts or if it has not arrived, you can write to us at info@apodemia.com indicating your order number.

You can pick up your order at any of our physical stores. To do this, you just have to add the address of the store you prefer as the shipping address. Find the closest one here.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes, you can make a return within the first 14 days from when it was made, sending it to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Request a refund here.

After 14 days, you can also make a return, obtaining in exchange a voucher for the amount of the purchase that will be redeemable for 1 year both in our physical stores and online.

Yes, the period for exchanges and returns is 30 days from receipt of the order. If 14 days have passed since the purchase date, and if a return is requested, the amount will be returned in the form of a voucher.

WARRANTY

The APODEMIA SL warranty only covers defects and manufacturing defects for one month from the date of purchase. In the event of loss of the bathroom, the guarantee is 1 year. No changes or returns are allowed in the headdress collection, High Jewelry collection or exclusive pieces that have been modified at the client's request (such as embroidered and engraved pieces). SIZES AND CUSTOMIZATION

To find out your ring size, you can go to the page of any of our rings on the website and, on the "add to my cart" button, you will find, by clicking on "check your size", an explanatory menu.

Currently, our models are designed by our design team to represent the brand with unique and exclusive models, going through a long process until the final result, so we do not modify the pieces to preserve the essence of each one.

Yes, we offer engraving and embroidery customization service on certain pieces. Find them in the “ customize ” section of our website or ask our advisors in store.

Yes, we have gift cards. You can purchase a voucher for the amount you want. This will arrive to your email as an electronic voucher. You also have the option of picking it up at one of our physical stores, purchasing the gift packaging.

It is an exclusive cleaning system for Apodemia jewelry, free, without an appointment and done in less than 5 minutes. Through this service, any customer who has purchased a piece at Apodemia can go to any of our stores and clean it of cream or perfume residue in a matter of minutes, making the jewelry look like the first day.

Is free! At Apodemia, we recommend cleaning your jewelry approximately every 6 months-1 year. This way, you can show off your piece as if you had just bought it in any of our stores.
