- Free shipping within mainland Spain on orders over €70. Shipping cost within mainland Spain for orders under €70: €4.99
- Free shipping worldwide on orders over €129. Shipping cost worldwide for orders under €129: €14.99
- Shipping times: 24/48 business hours.
- Delivery times: 24-72 business hours from shipment within the Iberian Peninsula. Between 10-15 days for the rest of the world.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible; normal delivery times will not apply.
Any customs duties or local taxes are always the responsibility of the customer. The invoice will show the cost of the order along with the recipient's information. Customs delays are not included in the estimated delivery times.

If the item is out of stock, the delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks.
Your order will be shipped once we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and your payment has been approved. We will do our best to process it as soon as possible. If it is not the same day, it will be within the next few business days after your purchase.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT +1) Monday to Thursday, and after 1:00 PM (GMT +1) on Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be prepared for shipment the next business day. National holidays in Spain and local holidays in the Community of Madrid may also cause delivery delays. Estimated delivery dates are calculated in business days.
To ensure maximum security and speed, all orders are sent via private couriers.
Our contact card is a seed card that can be planted. The seeds may vary from season to season. For more information, please contact info@apodemia.com.
Delivery
- During promotions carried out at APODEMIA, the delivery time of orders to the CUSTOMER may be affected.
Deliveries are made between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and require a signature from the recipient to ensure the safe delivery of your order. If the customer or an authorized person is not at the designated delivery address, or if delivery cannot be completed for other reasons, the private transport company will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery date.
If, after 3 delivery attempts, the courier company is unable to deliver the order to the CUSTOMER, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the CUSTOMER will be responsible for the shipping and return costs to our warehouses, as well as any associated management costs.
On the purchase form, the CUSTOMER will be asked for a shipping address during normal business hours. APODEMIA will not be responsible for delivery errors caused by the courier or when the address provided by the CUSTOMER is incorrect or contains missing information necessary for delivery.
No deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Changes
Exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of receiving an item, for an item of equal or greater value (subject to payment of the price difference). During the Christmas period, exchanges are accepted until January 15th. Refunds are not issued except in cases of defects or damage, although each item is carefully inspected before shipping to prevent such issues. Gift certificates are valid for one year.
If you wish to exchange an item, please send it to the following address along with its original packaging. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a courier service due to the nature of the product. We do not accept exchanges or returns of items sent collect.

Returns of defective products
In the event that the Product is defective or has any flaw, the CUSTOMER must contact APODEMIA within 72 hours of receiving the order at info@apodemia.com .
APODEMIA will cover all costs involved in collecting the Product(s) and the subsequent delivery of the new Product(s), provided that, once examined by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or flaws in them is confirmed.
The return or replacement of the defective Product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date on which APODEMIA has sent an email to the CLIENT confirming the return or replacement of the Product.
If the Product cannot be replaced with an identical one, the full amount paid, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the CUSTOMER. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account provided by the CUSTOMER to APODEMIA.
You must return the Product to us at the address indicated above.
