You can request an exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and, where applicable, keep their security tag or label.
Returns for a refund on online purchases can be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

The product must be sent within 5 days of the request. Ring size exchanges for online orders can also be made in APODEMIA stores, except El Corte Inglés locations.
