Materials and finishes

All Apodemia creations are made with the highest quality. All jewelry is plated with 3 to 5 microns of 18k gold, 18kt rose gold or in the case of silver, rhodium plating as a final finish. We create original, elegant and versatile pieces and we work with dedication to offer the best design, the best quality and durability in all our products and therefore we work with a high micron in our baths. Jewelry can have differences in micronage, depending on its structure, as the bath can affect its shape, making it more or less rigid. For this reason, Apodemia studies and analyzes the perfect thickness to provide each jewel with the highest quality without neglecting the different and unique design of the brand.
In Apodemia we are committed to the choice of the highest quality materials. For that reason we offer a one year warranty on the bath of all our pieces.

Jewelry warranty

Our pieces can be exchanged as long as they are in perfect condition, the purchase receipt is presented and it is within the first 30 days from the receipt of your purchase.
During the first 30 days, presenting the purchase receipt, the customer is entitled to free repair of manufacturing defects. Each case will be individually assessed by our experts to confirm that it is a manufacturing defect. The repairs will be assessed by our experts and a quotation will be provided to the customer in case it is not a manufacturing defect. The warranty period is effective from the beginning of the purchase. Apodemia does not cover damage caused by misuse, blows, attempted repair by third parties, modification, wear and natural aging that the jewel suffers with use, as well as errors in following the instructions for the care of the articles.
If the repair is not possible, Apodemia guarantees its replacement by a piece of a similar model, within the warranty period. In the case of natural stones, we will try to replace the most similar one, but we cannot guarantee that it will be the same, as each natural stone has its own particularities and unique tonalities.
Repair times are subject to workshop times, depending on availability and the complexity of the repair.
The warranty applies only to products manufactured by Apodemia SL. This warranty can be made effective in any of our Apodemia stores or through info@apodemia.com

Watches Warranty

our watches can be exchanged provided they are in perfect condition, with the security seal in perfect condition and within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Your Apodemia watch is guaranteed by Apodemia for a period of two years from the date of purchase under the terms of this warranty. The Apodemia warranty covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase of the watch.
The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is fully and correctly covered, dated and stamped by Apodemia (hereinafter referred to as "valid warranty certificate").
During the warranty period, upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate and the purchase receipt, you are entitled to free repair of any manufacturing defect. In the event that it is not possible to restore the normal conditions of use of your watch by repair, Apodemia guarantees its replacement with a watch of a similar model. The warranty of the replacement watch ends two years after the date of delivery of the replaced watch. The repair times of the watch are subject to workshop times, depending on their availability and the complexity of the repair.
The present manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

• Battery life
• Loss or theft
• Normal wear and tear and aging of the watch (e.g. scratches on the crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of straps on metal, leather, fur or nylon chains. Special care should be taken to avoid continuous contact with water on non-metallic straps, chipping of the plating...).
• Any damage to any part of the watch resulting from lack of care, negligence, accidents (impacts, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-compliance with the instructions for use provided by Apodemia.
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind arising from e.g. the use, malfunction, defects or inaccuracies of the Apodemia watch.
• Situations where the watch has been tampered with by unauthorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, service or repair) or has been altered from its original state beyond the control of Apodemia S.L. Improper adjustments by third parties, damage or loss of parts resulting from a failure to repair or replace batteries.

Any other claim against Apodemia S.L. for damages other than those described above as covered by the warranty is expressly excluded, with the exception of the rights that mandatorily correspond by law to the buyer with respect to the manufacturer.

Engravings and embroideries.

depending on the style of the piece, the engraving can be done by pantograph or laser, the choice will be made by our workshop. The font options available are English or palo. The style shown in the product sheet may be subject to change. If you want to be sure how the final result of the piece will look like or indicate a specific engraving style, do not hesitate to write us at info@apodemia.com.

Products and availability

in accordance with the provisions of the law 47/2002 of reform of the law 7/1996 of January 15, and the law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 of services of the information society and electronic commerce, the customer before placing an order is entitled to know the essential characteristics of the products you wish to purchase. Prices

All product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Product prices do not include shipping and delivery costs.
There are cases in which shipping is free and others in which you will have to pay for this service. See the shipping section of terms and conditions.
Once selected by the customer the products you wish to purchase and, before proceeding to the payment of the same, a final summary will be presented identifying the product/s purchased and their total price (including taxes and transport).
Apodemia will try to ensure that all information on the price of the products is accurate, but without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a product, Apodemia will send an email to the customer indicating the correct price of the product and requesting confirmation of the order. In the event that the customer does not confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price, the purchase of said product will be understood to be cancelled. In the event that Apodemia is unable to contact the customer, the order will be considered cancelled.

Purchase procedure

Deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond Apodemia's control.

During the promotions "The gray box", "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday"

The order will be shipped once we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and that your payment has been approved. We will do our best to process it as soon as we can. If not on the same day, it will be the following business days after your purchase is made.

Please note that orders placed after 14.00h (gmt +1) Monday to Thursday, and 13.00h (gmt +1) Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be prepared to be shipped the next business day. National holidays in Spain and local holidays in the community of Madrid, may also cause delays in deliveries. Estimated delivery dates are calculated in business days.

Delivery

Deliveries are made between 8.30h. And 19.00h. And they require a signature of the person who receives the shipment to guarantee the safe reception of your order. In the event that the customer or the authorized person is not at the address designated for delivery or the delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the private transport company will contact the customer to set an alternative delivery date.
If after 3 delivery attempts the courier company fails to deliver the order to the customer, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs to our warehouses, as well as any associated handling fees.
On the purchase form, the customer will be asked for a shipping address within normal business hours. Apodemia will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery by the courier or when the address indicated by the customer does not conform to reality or when necessary data for delivery have been omitted.

No deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes.

During promotions carried out by Apodemia, it is possible that the delivery time of orders to the customer may be affected.

Returns and Exchanges

Personalized pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, as they have been modified by the customer, including engravings or embroidery.
In the event that you want to exchange any item that has no tare or damage, or has no engraving or embroidery, you must do so through our exchange and returns portal, sending it to the following address along with its original packaging. The shipping cost will always be charged to the customer. We recommend shipping by a courier company due to the type of product. We will not accept exchanges or returns of freight collect items.

Orders purchased online have 30 days to be returned through our returns and exchanges portal. All these orders can be refunded instantly through Reveni using this portal. More information about Reveni here.
In the event that the product is defective or has a defect, the customer must contact Apodemia within 72 hours of receipt of the order at info@apodemia.com.
Apodemia will pay all costs involved in the collection of the product/s and the subsequent delivery of the new product/s, provided that once examined by the quality department confirms the existence of defects or defects in them.
The return or replacement of the defective product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which Apodemia has sent an email to the customer with confirmation of the return or replacement of the product.
In the event that the product cannot be replaced by another identical product, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the customer, including courier costs. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer to Apodemia.
