SHIPPING RATES
- Free shipping to the Peninsula on purchases over €70. Shipping cost to the Peninsula on purchases under €70: €4.99.
- Free shipping to the rest of the world on purchases over €129. Shipping cost to the rest of the world on purchases under €129: €14.99.
- Shipping times: 24/48 business hours.
- Delivery times: 24-72 business hours for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula. 10-15 days for the rest of the world.

Deliveries may be delayed due to causes beyond Apodemia's control.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible, and normal delivery times will not apply.
-**Any customs fees or local taxes are always the customer's responsibility. The invoice will indicate the cost of the order along with the recipient's information. Customs delays are not reflected in estimated delivery times.

In case of no stock, the delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks.
Your order will be shipped once we've confirmed that the model you've chosen is available and your payment has been approved. We'll do our best to process it as quickly as possible. If not on the same day, it will be within the next business day after your purchase.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT +1) on Monday through Thursday, and after 1:00 PM (GMT +1) on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday will be prepared for shipping on the next business day. National holidays in Spain and local holidays in the Community of Madrid may also cause delivery delays. Estimated delivery dates are calculated in business days.
To ensure maximum security and speed, all orders are sent via private courier services.
Our contact card is a seed card that can be planted. Seeds may vary from season to season. For more information, please contact info@apodemia.com.
Delivery
- During promotions held at APODEMIA, delivery times for orders to the CUSTOMER may be affected.
Deliveries are made between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and require a signature from the recipient to ensure safe receipt of your order. If the CUSTOMER or an authorized representative is not at the designated delivery address, or if delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the private transport company will contact the CUSTOMER to arrange an alternative delivery date.
If the courier company fails to deliver the order to the CUSTOMER after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the CUSTOMER will be responsible for the shipping and return costs to our warehouses, as well as any associated handling fees.
On the purchase form, the CUSTOMER will be asked for a shipping address during normal business hours. APODEMIA will not be liable for errors caused by the courier during delivery, or when the address provided by the CUSTOMER is incorrect, or when information necessary for delivery is omitted.
No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Changes
An item can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value, paying the difference, within 30 days of receiving the item (during the Christmas period, exchanges can be made until January 15th). Purchases are non-refundable except in the case of defects or damage, although an item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure that such conditions are met. Purchase vouchers are valid for one year.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must send it to the following address along with its original packaging. Shipping costs will always be the customer's responsibility. We recommend shipping via courier due to the type of product. Exchanges or returns of items with postage due will not be accepted.

Returns of defective products
In the event that the Product is defective or has any defect, the CUSTOMER must contact APODEMIA within 72 hours of receiving the order at info@apodemia.com .
APODEMIA will cover all costs associated with the collection of the Product(s) and the subsequent delivery of the new Product(s), provided that, once they have been examined by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or flaws in them is confirmed.
The return or replacement of the defective Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following the date on which APODEMIA has sent an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the return or replacement of the Product.
In the event that the Product cannot be replaced with an identical one, the CUSTOMER will be fully refunded, including shipping costs. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the CUSTOMER to APODEMIA.
You must return the Product to us at the address indicated above.
