The Papilio Collection was born as a tribute to the butterfly, an essential symbol of our brand and a true reflection of all our values. In this new chapter, we explore subtle new forms to reinterpret this beautiful creature, creating jewelry that embodies our brand’s identity. The butterfly is reimagined in multiple expressions, where organic lines bring a more sophisticated and mature aesthetic.

Our creative team has worked with different styles, including hammered finishes, polished textures, and the use of carefully set gemstones, because every butterfly resonates with a different woman. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€) or, in some cases, the currency corresponding to the country, and include the applicable VAT. Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include shipping costs, which will be itemized before confirming the purchase. In certain cases, shipping may be free; this condition will be clearly indicated before payment.

Before making the payment, a final summary will be shown with the selected products and the total price, including taxes and shipping costs.

Apodemia strives for all pricing information to be accurate. If a clear and unequivocal error is detected in the published price that could not reasonably have gone unnoticed by an average consumer, Apodemia will communicate it before shipping so that the Customer can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it at no cost, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Billing and Proof of Purchase

The Customer will receive a proof of purchase by email. If an invoice is desired, it can be requested during the purchase process or later by writing to info@apodemia.com, providing the necessary tax details. The invoice can be issued in electronic format.

Payment Methods and Security

At least the following payment methods are accepted: bank cards (through a secure gateway with 3-D Secure strong authentication), and, where applicable, other methods such as PayPal or financing/deferred payment (e.g., SeQura). The charge is made at the time of confirming the order, unless otherwise indicated in the purchase process. The gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard.

Purchase Procedure

The Customer can purchase with or without account registration. To purchase products, they must add them to the cart and follow the steps of the purchase process, providing the requested data.

Before payment, the following will be clearly and understandably informed:

  • the steps to follow to conclude the contract;

  • whether the electronic contract document will be archived and if it will be accessible;

  • the technical means to identify and correct errors in data entry;

  • the languages available for concluding the contract (by default, Spanish).

After making the payment using the "Pay securely" button, Apodemia will send, without undue delay and in any case within the following 24 hours, an acknowledgment of receipt by email with the order confirmation to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer must review the content of said email and immediately report any errors to info@apodemia.com.

Apodemia will retain evidence of the contract in its systems for the legal periods and may provide a copy to the Customer upon reasonable request.

Languages and prevalence. The purchase process may be available in several languages; in case of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version will prevail.

Exchanges, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal

  1. Commercial Exchange Policy. Without prejudice to legal rights, Apodemia accepts exchanges within thirty (30) calendar days from delivery, provided that the product has not been used and retains its original packaging and, if applicable, the security seal or tag in good condition. If the purchase included a promotional gift, it must be returned unused for the exchange to be made. For "Forever" collections, the corresponding certificate will be required.

  2. Right of Withdrawal (online purchases). The Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt to request a refund. This must be done through our exchanges and returns portal or any other unequivocal declaration sent to info@apodemia.com.

    • Effects of withdrawal: Apodemia will refund the cost of the product, excluding, where applicable, delivery costs. Apodemia may withhold the refund until it receives and verifies that the product has not been used, retains its original packaging, and, where applicable, the security seal or tag in good condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method.

    • Return costs: unless Apodemia offers otherwise, the Customer will bear the direct costs of return if they were informed of this clearly and understandably before the purchase. We recommend shipping by a courier company due to the type of product. No exchanges or returns of items with postage due will be accepted.

    • Diminution of value: the Customer will be responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

    • Exclusions: withdrawal is not allowed for personalized or custom-made products for the Customer; nor for sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain perfumes or headpieces). If they remain sealed, withdrawal is permitted.

  1. Management Channel.

    • Web orders: commercial exchanges and returns can be managed through the exchanges and returns portal (Reveni). However, the right of withdrawal can also be exercised by sending the form or an unequivocal communication to info@apodemia.com or by postal mail to Apodemia's address.

    • In-store exchanges: only ring size exchanges for online orders can be made in Apodemia stores (excluding El Corte Inglés centers). Other exchanges and returns for web orders will preferably be managed via Reveni or by the indicated legal means.

  1. Internal deadlines. Status verifications may require up to fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the returned product. This will not affect the legal refund period indicated above in the case of withdrawal.

Products and Availability

Product photographs and descriptions are illustrative and do not, by themselves, constitute a contractual offer if, taking into account reasonable technical limitations, slight variations in color or tone occur. In any case, the product sheet will include the essential characteristics of each item clearly and understandably.

All orders are subject to availability. If, once the order has been placed, the product is not available, Apodemia will inform the Customer without undue delay and will refund the amounts paid without undue delay. Alternatively, and only if the Customer expressly accepts it, a product of the same price may be supplied, maintaining in any case the right of withdrawal.

Apodemia is not responsible for incidents attributable to the Customer's Internet connection service that temporarily prevent the completion of the purchase. If any technical incident results in undue charges, Apodemia will proceed with the corresponding refund without undue delay.

Apodemia may update, withdraw, or modify products, content, or information on the website without prejudice to already confirmed orders.

All Apodemia creations are made with the highest quality. All jewelry is plated with 3 to 5 microns of 18k gold, 18kt rose gold or, in the case of silver, a rhodium plate as a final finish. We create original, elegant and versatile pieces and we work with dedication to offer the best design, the best quality and durability in all our products and therefore we work with a high micron in our bathrooms. Jewelry may have differences in micron, depending on its structure, since the bath can affect its shape, making it more or less rigid. For this reason, Apodemia studies and analyzes the perfect thickness to provide each piece of jewelry with the highest quality without leaving aside the different and unique design of the brand.

At Apodemia we are committed to choosing the highest quality materials. For this reason, we offer a one-year warranty on all our bathroom pieces.

Jewelry Guarantee

Our pieces accept exchange as long as they are in perfect condition, the purchase receipt is presented and it is within the first 30 days from receipt of your purchase.

During the warranty period, by presenting the purchase receipt, the customer will have the right to free repair of manufacturing defects. Breakages will be assessed by our experts, providing the client with a quote in the event that it is not a manufacturing defect. Apodemia does not cover damage caused by misuse, knocks, attempts at repair by third parties, modification, wear and natural aging that the jewelry suffers with use, as well as errors when following the instructions for the care of the items.

In the event that a repair is not possible, APODEMIA guarantees its replacement with a part of a similar model. In the case of natural stones, we will try to restore the most similar one but we cannot guarantee that it is the same, since each natural stone has unique characteristics and shades.

Repair times are subject to workshop times, depending on availability and the complexity of the repair.

The warranty applies only to products manufactured by Apodemia SL. This guarantee can be made effective in any of our APODEMIA stores or through info@apodemia.com

Watch warranty

Our watches can be exchanged as long as they are in perfect condition, with the security seal placed in perfect condition and within the following 30 days from the date of purchase.

Your APODEMIA watch is guaranteed by APODEMIA for a period of two years from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions of this guarantee. The APODEMIA warranty covers manufacturing defects that exist at the time of purchase of the watch.

The warranty only comes into effect if the warranty certificate is completely and correctly covered, dated and stamped by APODEMIA (hereinafter "valid warranty certificate").

During the warranty period, by presenting the valid warranty certificate and the purchase receipt, you will have the right to free repair of any manufacturing defect. In the event that it is not possible to restore the normal conditions of use of your watch through repair, APODEMIA guarantees its replacement with a watch of a similar model. The warranty on the replacement watch ends two years after the date of delivery of the replaced watch. Clock repair times are subject to workshop times, depending on availability and the complexity of the repair.

This manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

- Battery life

-Loss or theft

- Normal wear and aging of the watch (e.g. scratches on the glass, alteration of the color and/or material of straps, both in metal chains and in leather, leather or nylon. Special care must be taken to avoid continued contact with water on non-metallic straps, chipping of plating...).

- Any damage to any part of the watch resulting from lack of care, negligence, accidents (impacts, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and failure to follow the instructions for use provided by APODEMIA.

- Indirect or consequential damages of any kind arising from, for example, the use, malfunction, defects or inaccuracies of the APODEMIA watch.

- Situations in which the watch has been manipulated by unauthorized persons (e.g. to change the battery, carry out services or repairs) or has suffered alterations to its original state beyond the control of APODEMIA SL Inappropriate adjustments by third parties, damage or loss of parts resulting from failure to repair or replace batteries.

Any other claim against APODEMIAS.L for damages other than those described above as covered by the warranty is expressly excluded, with the exception of the rights that compulsorily correspond by law to the buyer with respect to the manufacturer.
