It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all shipping data provided during the purchase process is correct and complete, including especially the postal code, address, and city.

If the customer enters an incorrect postal code or any other erroneous data that prevents the correct delivery of the order and re-shipping is necessary, the costs derived from such new shipment will be entirely borne by the customer.

To manage the re-shipment of the order, you must contact our customer service team by writing to info@apodemia.com, where you will be instructed on the steps to follow to correctly complete the new shipment of your order. The customer must pay the amount corresponding to the new shipping costs through our website.

-**Any customs duties or local taxes are always borne by the customer. The invoice will indicate the cost of the order along with the recipient's information. Customs delays are not reflected in the estimated delivery times.

-Partial deliveries: Apodemia may make partial shipments at no additional cost to the Customer, after prior notification.

Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€) or, in some cases, the corresponding currency of the country, and include applicable VAT. Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include shipping costs, which will be itemized before confirming the purchase. In certain cases, shipping may be free; this condition will be visibly indicated before payment.

Before making the payment, a final summary will be displayed with the selected products and the total price, including taxes and shipping costs.

Apodemia strives for all pricing information to be accurate. If a manifest and unequivocal error is detected in the published price that could not reasonably have gone unnoticed by an average consumer, Apodemia will communicate it before shipment so that the Customer can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it without cost, with a full refund of any amount paid. 

Billing and receipts

The Customer will receive a proof of purchase by email. If an invoice is desired, it can be requested during the purchase process or later by writing to info@apodemia.com, providing the necessary tax information. The invoice can be issued in electronic format.

Payment methods and security

At least the following payment methods are accepted: bank cards (via a secure gateway with reinforced 3D Secure authentication), and, where applicable, other methods such as PayPal or financing/deferred payment (e.g., SeQura). The charge is made at the time of confirming the order, unless otherwise indicated in the purchase process. The gateways comply with the PCIDSS standard.

Purchase procedure

The Customer can purchase with or without account registration. To purchase products, they must be added to the cart and the steps of the purchase process followed, providing the requested data.

Before payment, the following will be clearly and understandably communicated:

  • the steps to follow to conclude the contract;

  • whether the electronic contracting document will be archived and if it will be accessible;

  • the technical means to identify and correct errors in data entry;

  • the languages available to conclude the contract (by default, Spanish).

After making payment using the "Pay securely" button, Apodemia will send without undue delay, and in any case within 24 hours, an acknowledgment of receipt by email with the order confirmation to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer must review the content of this email and immediately communicate any error to info@apodemia.com.

Apodemia will retain evidence of the contract in its systems for the legal periods and may provide a copy to the Customer upon reasonable request.

ILanguages and prevalence. The purchase process may be available in several languages; in case of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version will prevail.

Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal

  1. Commercial exchange policy. Without prejudice to legal rights, Apodemia accepts exchanges within thirty (30) calendar days from delivery, provided that the product has not been used and retains its original packaging and, if applicable, security seal or label in good condition. If the purchase included a promotional gift, it must be returned unused to make the exchange. For "Forever" collections, the corresponding certificate will be required.

  2. Right of withdrawal (online purchases). The Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt to request a refund. This must be done through our exchanges and returns portal or any other unequivocal declaration sent to info@apodemia.com.

    • Effects of withdrawal: Apodemia will refund the cost of the product, excluding, where applicable, delivery costs. Apodemia may withhold the refund until it receives and verifies that the product has not been used, retains its original packaging, and, where applicable, security seal or label in good condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method.

    • Return costs: Unless Apodemia offers otherwise, the Customer will bear the direct costs of return if they were informed of this clearly and understandably before the purchase. We recommend shipping via a courier company due to the type of product. No changes or returns of items with unpaid postage will be accepted.

    • Decrease in value: The Customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

    • Exclusions: Withdrawal is not permitted for personalized or custom-made products for the Customer; nor for sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain perfumes or headpieces). If they remain sealed, withdrawal is allowed.

  1. Management channel.

    • Web orders: Commercial exchanges and returns can be managed through the exchanges and returns portal (Reveni). The product must be sent within a maximum period of 5 days from the request for exchange or return through the Reveni portal. However, the right of withdrawal can also be exercised by sending the form or an unequivocal communication to info@apodemia.com or by postal mail to Apodemia's address.

    • In-store exchanges: Only ring size exchanges for online orders can be made at Apodemia stores (excluding El Corte Inglés centers). All other exchanges and returns for web orders will preferably be managed via Reveni or by the indicated legal means.

  1. Internal deadlines. Status verifications may require up to fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the returned product. This will not affect the legal refund period indicated above in the case of withdrawal.

Products and availability

Product photographs and descriptions are illustrative and do not in themselves constitute a contractual offer if, taking into account reasonable technical limitations, slight variations in color or tone occur. In any case, the product sheet will include the essential characteristics of each item clearly and understandably.

All orders are subject to availability. If, after placing the order, the product is not available, Apodemia will inform the Customer without undue delay and refund the amounts paid without undue delay. Alternatively, and only if the Customer expressly accepts it, a product of the same price may be supplied, always maintaining the right of withdrawal.

Apodemia is not responsible for incidents attributable to the Customer's Internet connection service that temporarily prevent the completion of the purchase. If any technical incident results in undue charges, Apodemia will proceed with the corresponding refund without undue delay.

Apodemia may update, withdraw, or modify products, content, or information on the website without prejudice to already confirmed orders.

Special actions

*SALES up to 40% off on selected items. From June 17 at 8:00 PM to August 2 at 12:00 AM on apodemia.com. From June 18 to August 2 in APODEMIA stores. During the SALES period, packaging for orders that exclusively include SALE products for an amount less than €100 will be delivered with a promotional pouch and bag. If you want gift packaging for these orders, the cost is €2. For orders with SALE products amounting to €100 or more, the usual APODEMIA gift packaging will be provided free of charge, as well as for orders of non-SALE products.
